The multi-criteria analysis of corporate social responsibility: a comparative study of Russia, Bulgaria and Serbia

Abstract: Cross-cultural research on corporate social responsibility (CSR) dealing with specific stakeholder groups is fairly rare in the existing literature. The aim of this research is to investigate the level of recognition of CSR in companies by employees working in micro/small, medium-sized and large companies.
