The Nasal Delivery of Systemic Drugs

Abstract: SUMMARYSystemic drugs are increasingly being administered intranasally. We highlight the potential problems and the effect of nasal pathology on absorption and bioavailability. There is insufficient information to evaluate the effect of these factors on therapeutic effectiveness.
