“…For example, if a regional interlending system is compliant with ISO ILL, it can be expected to integrate seamlessly with local ILL management systems supporting the same standard. Successful cases of integration have been reported for ISO ILL compliant systems such as VDX, ILLiad and Relais (Farrelly and Reid, 2003;OCLC, 2002;Breeding, 2013a;MacKeigan, 2014;Jilovsky and Howells, 2012;Moreno and Xu, 2010;Irwin, 2009;Nyqvist, 2008;Hanington and Reid, 2010;McGillivray et al, 2009). Unfortunately, although it has been around for a long time, the ISO ILL standard has not been consistently adopted (Jackson, 2005;Breeding, 2013a;Balnaves, 2013;MacKeigan, 2014).…”

“…The digital information environment has resulted in the emergence and improvement of electronic document delivery services such as the British Library Document Supply Centre's Secure Electronic Delivery (British Library, 2012), the National Library of Australia's Digital Collection Management (Moreno and Xu, 2010), and Atlas Systems' Odyssey. Likewise KERIS, Korea's designated institution in charge of ILL/DDS, has developed dCube for use by Korean libraries and it has been used successfully since its launch in 2009. dCube dominates in its scalability and extensibility.…”

The Payments Gateway also provides invoices and payments in Australian dollars, so individual locations do not have to concern themselves with foreign currency exchange rates for overseas transactions (Panagiotidis and Ong, 2007; Moreno and Xu, 2010; Hannington, 2010).…”
