EULER & LUPT 1951;GOI~DENBERQ 1951;PEKKARINEN & PITK~NEN 1955;ELMADJIAK et al 1956b) and that of adrenaline in smaller amounts than noradrenaline, 0.5 to 2.0 per cent (v. EULER et al 1954 c ;ELMADJIAN et al 1956 b ;RESNICK & ELMADJIAN 1958). After subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and noradrenaline into man, 2.3 per cent of the former and 3.8 per cent of the latter is recovered in the biologically active, free form (v.
