The Nature of the Ionic Dissociation of Salicylhydroxamic Acid

Abstract: The double ionization of salicylhydroxamic acid has been studied. Kinetic and spectrophotometric experiments show that the first dissociation originates from the phenolic OH group, the second dissociation is related to the –CONHOH group.
