Abstract:Background: Prophylactic central lymph node dissection (pCND) in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is still a matter of debate. Therefore, we aimed to identify the factors affecting central lymph node metastasis (CLNM) in patients with clinically node-negative (cN0) PTC.
