Technology enhancement learning is a process that leads to deep point of learning and adds knowledge of technologies. Various studies shed light on technology development and its effect in educational sector. The aim of this integrative review is to examine the current evidence of the impact of technology learning on student learning and academic performance in courses requiring collaborative or activities. The authors searched electronic databases for relevant articles, with different learning techniques. 24 articles met the requirement of paper, it's collected from (2011)(2012)(2013)(2014)(2015)(2016)(2017). Three themes of techniques used for student learning outcomes, includes technology enhanced learning, assessment method and faculty experience on academic performance in universities with technology use. The final results of this paper show the relationship between what has been done and the factors used by the authors. Also the future work needs more use of technologies in different phases of learning process.

Flood is the major natural hazard in Malaysia in terms of populations affected, area extent, frequency, social–economic damage, and flood duration. This shows the importance of providing comprehensive and effective flood mitigation management, which requires government agencies to enhance their employment performance that involves technological innovation. A flood early warning and response system (FEWRS) is essential to ensure that all stakeholders receive the right information and are provided with necessary actions and response information to avoid loss of lives and property. It should have some effective usability features and success components of its strategic information access and display; existing FEWRS fail and often do not effectively provide information on flood disasters to reduce their impacts at a local level to save the population’s lives. The measurement of information system (IS) success remains a top concern for researchers, managers, and practitioners. Therefore, this study seeks to provide a systematic overview of the most successful model of employment-related technical advancement for the management of flood disasters to improve its employees’ performance. In addition, examined factors that affect the successful implementation of flood management approaches, based on a systematic literature review among IS, show interrelationship of success factors. Findings from the literature suggest that the DeLone and McLean (D&M) model is the most widely employed model, recorded in 28 studies (39%). Further description of the 28 studies indicates that the D&M was either adopted alone or integrated with other theories. Moreover, results suggest the D&M is has been applied alone 39% of the time and has been extended 29% of the time; in total, 68% of the time, D&M has been applied either alone or extended in the information system domain. Additionally, 22% of the time it has been integrated with other theories.

LPKA Palembang provides services to the community in the form of coaching in the fields of education, skills training, community guidance, and alleviation, services for Andikpas visits and complaints, remission submission services, assimilation, and other submissions especially to support alleviation programs such as the Conditional Leave (CB) program, Leaving Towards Free (CMB), and Parole (PB). To provide the best convenience and quality in providing services, a system is needed that can not only be used to submit and process service data online, but also can integrate service data so that it can be more easily accessed anytime and anywhere. The system created is an electronic dashboard or e-dashboard that can present data visually so that it is easily understood by readers. This study aims to build a prototype that can provide an overview of the e-dashboard system to be built. From the prototype evaluation, user feedback can be obtained which can be used to build an actual e-dashboard system so that it can reduce deviations from the system being built. The stages in this research are planning, designing, building, and evaluating the prototype. The results of this study are the development of e-Dashboard prototype that had been tested by 80% of LPKA Class I Palembang employees. The developed prototype has features that almost meet user needs because the system development is based on a quick analysis of the needs of future e-Dashboard users.
