The Needs of the Russian Federation Labor Market in the Workforce with Different Levels of Education

Abstract: Today's labor market in Russia is in the process of significant changes due to the influence of the wide range of factors. This article analyses one of these factors -the employees' level of education. It studies modern needs of the Russian labor market. The results of the research presented in the paper identify trends and patterns of labor market development in Russia.
