The nickel-chelator dimethylglyoxime inhibits human amyloid beta peptide in vitro aggregation

Abstract: One of the hallmarks of the most common neurodegenerative disease, Alzheimer’s disease (AD), is the extracellular deposition and aggregation of Amyloid Beta (Aβ)-peptides in the brain.
