The Nonlinear Dynamic Behaviors of Electrostatic Micro-Tweezers

Abstract: This work addresses the nonlinear dynamic behavior of different electrostatic micro-tweezers, a micro electric actuator. This actuator, a cantilever beam electrostatic micro-tweezers, has been extensively used in micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS).
