The number of regulatory B cells is increased in mice with collagen-induced arthritis

Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate changes in regulatory B cells (Bregs) and the expression of related cytokines such as interleukin-10 (IL-10) and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β in a mouse model of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA).
