Abstract: To assess lidocaine’s combined impact with a self-crafted hot compress cuff in diminishing venous indwelling needle injuries during otolaryngology surgeries. 70 patients undergoing otolaryngology surgeries at our hospital between July 2020 and September 2022 were chosen.
