The optimal operative timing of traumatic intracranial acute subdural hematoma correlated with outcome

Abstract: Objective:Acute subdural hematoma (ASDH) has been associated with mortality in traumatic brain injury. The timing of surgical evacuation for ASDH has still been controversial.
