Abstract:To compare the outcome of revision external dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) with or without mitomycin C. This Quasi prospective study was conducted over 30 diagnosed patients with failed external dacryocystorhinostomy came to the Oculoplasty clinic at Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020.
