The pathological significance of abnormal RON and PD-L1 expression in colorectal cancer

Abstract: Background: PD-L1 immunotherapy remains poorly efficacious in colorectal cancer. The RON receptor tyrosine kinase plays an important role in regulating tumor immunity.
