The patterns in accumulation of chemical elements by higher plants and their responses in biogeochemical provinces

Abstract: The patterns in establishment of elemental composition in plants depending on specific landscape and geochemical features, different types of climate, and plant systematic affiliation are analyzed with the focus on hyperaccumulator plants, forming specialized endemic floras in biogeochemical provinces with excess trace element concentrations.
