The Performance of Rotary Magnetic Refrigerators with Layered Beds of LaFeSiH

Abstract: Astronautics Corporation has designed, constructed, and extensively tested two generations of magnetic refrigerators employing a rotary magnet-fixed bed architecture. This paper reviews and summarizes the performance of these prototypes.
