The Photoluminescent and Magnetic Properties of Mn2+ Ions at the Interface of Core/Shell Mn-Doped Nanocrystals

Abstract: The properties of Mn-doped Nanocrystals (NCs) with increasing binding symmetry and ZnSe:Mn/ ZnSe NCs under different temperatures were investigated to demonstrate the relation between the strength of crystal field and covalency. The position of Mn ions in NCs were accurately controlled at the interface of the core/shell Mn-doped NCs.
