Epoxy/graphene nanoplatelets(EP/GNs) composite was prepared by ball milling(BM), using diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)as matrix, Diethyltoluene diamine(DETDA) as curing agent, GNs as thermal conductive filler.
