Abstract:This study aimed to compare busker systems in Japan and Melbourne to identify the possibilities and challenges of introducing busker systems in Japanese public spaces.Chapter 2 organized the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Haven Artist Project" and Kashiwa City's "Street Musician Registration System" operation.
