Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an essential cofactor in the mitochondrial electron transport chain that benefits liver disorders. The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]-anthracene (DMBA) originates and promotes carcinogenesis.
