Abstract: Acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) remains a significant and severe complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Due to the occurrence of aGVHD, allo-HSCT significantly increases the mortality rate compared with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT).
