Abstract:Chronic autoimmune skin disease termed psoriasis is characterised by excessive keratinocyte multiplication, scaly plaques, severe inflammation, and erythema. T lymphocytes, leukocytes, vascular endothelium, and epidermal keratinocytes also contribute in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
