The power of ones

Abstract: The basic building block of change is the one individual. What each individual decides to use, do, produce, and deliver will shape what performance contributions are made by other “ones,” including the individual, small groups, the organization, and our shared society. This article describes the imperative nature of one at each level and also provides some guidance on achieving individual, group, and organizational aligned success.
