The Delphi technique is a research method that involves experts and stakeholders in structured deliberation about topics through multiple, iterative rounds of data collection such as surveys or in-person meetings. Although it has been utilized extensively in other fields for researching problems, when there is disagreement among key stakeholders or as issues are just emerging, it has been less common in educational research.
