The preparation of a three dimensional terbium doped reduced graphene oxide aerogel with photoluminescence and paramagnetic properties

Abstract: A detailed mechanism for the ferromagnetism and photoluminescence of a composite, reduced graphene oxide doped with terbium ions (rGO/Tb), is proposed.
