Abstract:Introduction
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and hepatitis B virus (HBV) among patients receiving hemodialysis (HD) remain a major public health problem. However, information is limited about these infections among HD patients in Yemen. This study aimed to estimate the prevalence and associated risk factors of HBV and HCV infections among HD patients in the Ibb governorate, Yemen, and to identify the risk factors for infections in such patients.
