The prevalence and predictors of high blood pressure in Kherameh cohort study: a population based study on 10663 persons in south of Iran

Abstract: Background: Hypertension (HTN) is an important risk factor for Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) mortality and morbidity among Iranians. The present study aimed to estimate the prevalence of HTN and some of its related factors in south of Iran.Methods: This cross-sectional survey was conducted on the data of the Persian cohort study in Kherameh.
