“…In our study, EG increased the seconds spent in the wall squat position (p ≤0.01). In addition, improving lower limb function results in beter postural control and a safer and faster gait: the TUG is a widely validated test in elderly populations or those with nerve impairments because it gives us important information on static and dynamic balance control during walking ability often impaired in individuals with neurodegenerative diseases30,31 and in our study, unlike the control group, the exercise group finished the test after the 8 weeks in fewer seconds (p ≤0.01) thus improving performance.Osteoporosis is common in MS patients because this progressive bone disease is enhanced by the decreasing of bone mechanical loading and the prolonged disability32 .
