The relevance of the article lies in the fact that in our time, the organization of distance learning when learning a foreign language is extremely relevant. The purpose of the article: to find out the main terms and forms of distance learning; consider the features of online education; explore platforms for the convenient organization of online learning; highlight the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning when learning a foreign language as an aspect of neuropedagogical training. Work methods: compare the analysis of literary sources on the research problem; to systematize the researched; compare the benefits of distance learning. The novelty of using mobile technologies, which is extremely effective and necessary when learning a foreign language online. Results: synchronous, asynchronous and mixed learning are distinguished among distance learning forms. E-learning is a basic form that has both advantages and disadvantages. Blackboard is widely used among e-learning platforms. Conclusion: the role of the teacher who uses interactive forms of learning for mobile learning has changed. The Internet provides a wide selection of modern materials for learning a foreign language. Students and teachers accept online education with desire and interest, increase their information and communication competence. Physical activity is necessary for long-term work on educational platforms.

The main objective of the study was to analyze ways to improve the legal support of the linguistic and cultural aspects of language learning at school. The key method used involved a combination of modern modeling techniques. The specific topic is legal relations for language learning. The novelty is a model of legal support. Legal regulation of education is a historically conditioned form of organization of the educational process, formed as a result of the gradual growth of the role of state institutions in the performance of regulatory functions and the development of social relations. The new requirements faced by a modern teacher, his training and professional quality, make it necessary to take into account the experience and the latest achievements of other countries in the field of educational policy, in particular, in the field of foreign language teaching, as well as to identify and overcome the negative ones. In the conclusions of the case, based on the results of the study, the key aspect of improving the legal support of linguistic and cultural aspects of language learning in school was characterized.

Economic, political and social changes in the world cause the acceleration of reforming the education system. As a result, an innovative, promising form of organization of the educational process, distance learning, is developing. It opens up wider opportunities for providing educational services. Studying foreign languages in educational institutions at all stages of the educational process is a priority task for the formation of a competitive specialist in the modern labor market. . One of the most urgent problems requiring the search for new solutions at the current stage of the educational system development is the need for qualitative improving the methods of teaching foreign languages in educational institutions. The purpose of the academic paper is to clarify the degree, directions and main trends in the scientific study of using educational video materials in teaching foreign languages under the conditions of distance learning, as well as studying certain practical aspects of this issue based on the experience of participants and researchers of the educational process. In the course of the research, analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction was used to process scientific information. System-structural, comparative, logical-linguistic methods, abstraction, and idealization were applied to study and process data. The research authors conducted the survey in online mode. Based on the research results, the theoretical and practical aspects of applying video tools that can be used in learning foreign languages under the conditions of remote organizing the educational process have been studied.
