Abstract:The article deals with the issues of labor protection and monitoring of emergencies in workshops for the production of carbon electrodes. A numerical study of the problem of the spread of coal dust in the production room is carried out. The possible height of dust rise and the distance of movement of the most probable particle size are estimated.
