The profile of recidivists in Kenya: The case of prisoners at Nairobi county prison institutions

Abstract: Recidivists are chronic, multiple or prolific offenders. They continue to commit crimes regardless of punishment. Recidivism is a worldwide problem which has persisted over the years.
