Abstract: This study assesses the impact of two sperm sexing techniques, the Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) column method, and the swim-up (SU) method, on frozen buffalo spermatozoa quality.  A total of 50 straws of frozen buffalo semen were used in this study. Spermatozoa quality was evaluated before (post thawing) and after the spermatozoa sexing process.
