The Rajarata Pregnancy Cohort (RaPCo): study protocol

Abstract: Background Ending preventable maternal deaths remains a global priority and in the later stages of obstetric transition, identifying the social determinants of maternal health outcomes is essential to address stagnating maternal mortality rates.
