В работе представлены результаты сравнения концентраций углекислого газа, аммиака, этилена и ацетона в выдыхаемом воздухе здоровых лиц контрольной группы и пациентов с различными заболеваниями, определенных из спектров поглощения, зарегистрированных с помощью внутрирезонаторного оптико-акустического газоанализатора.
