Abstract:Background: This study is to investigate the recovery in left ventricular ejection fraction in the first 3 months after acute myocardial infarction treated with primary angioplasty. Left ventricular function (LVF) is the main predictor of long term prognosis in cases of survival after acute myocardial infarction.
