The relationship between hepatitis B virus (HBV) load and levels of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) and soluble Fas (sFas) in human immunodeficiency virus patients with occult HBV infection

Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation between hepatitis B virus (HBV) load and serum levels of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) and soluble Fas (sFas) cytokines in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) patients who have never been treated with antiretroviral therapy.
