The relationship between nurse’s job satisfaction and missed nursing care

Abstract: Background: The main aims of the study were to explore the frequency of missed nursing care (MNC) among Czech hospital nurses, and to find the relationship between nurse's job satisfaction and MNC. Material and Methods: The sample consisted of 513 nurses from 9 hospitals in the Czech Republic.
