Abstract: Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disease that effects elder people. As the age increases, the prevalance of Alzheimer's disease also raises. As AD, periodontitis is seen more often in elder people. Periodontal disease has been associated with some systemical diseases such as cardiovascular diasease(CVS), diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis and preterm birth.
