The current study aims to measure the impact of organizational trust, with its following dimensions: (trust in competence, trust in management, trust in co-workers) as an independent variable, to developing human resources capabilities, whose dimensions consist of (knowledge, skills, practices) as a dependent variable, and determining the type of relationship between the variables. The study was conducted in the General Directorate of Najaf Province. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the study was tested on a sample of employees. The sample included ( 45), but the number of questionnaires suitable for analysis was (40). It aimed to address the concerns pertaining to the present study's problem, test the sub-hypotheses about the effect linkages between the variables, and accomplish the predetermined goals. Statistical techniques were applied to the data analysis, and the findings were retrieved using the (SPSS-22) software. The study's key finding is that the General Directorate of Education at Najaf Al-Ashraf's cadres have faith in the administration's efforts to enhance employees' capabilities, which has a positive impact on the organization's ability to finish its work under a variety of conditions.

La falta de herramientas que tienen los profesores para fomentar la innovación en el aula constituye uno de los grandes retos del sector educativo. Tradicionalmente se ha pensado que es el sector público el encargado de liderar los procesos de innovación y fortalecer la calidad educativa. No obstante, investigaciones en el campo del liderazgo educativo sugieren que actores como las organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONG) y los centros de pensamiento comienzan a posicionarse como líderes en el sector. El presente es un estudio de caso de la ONG Consejo de Curso, que opera en Chile y que en 2018 implementó un proyecto piloto de innovación curricular en Colombia. Con un enfoque cualitativo, se busca comprender el papel de esta ONG en la construcción de procesos de liderazgo educativo en dos centros educativos de Colombia. Para recolectar los datos realizó un grupo focal con profesores y con directores de programa de la fundación. Los hallazgos sugieren la necesidad de promover un esquema de liderazgo transformacional bottom-up que permita la participación de más actores en los procesos de innovación curricular.

Introduction: intelligent leadership essential to increase the sense of belonging and loyalty to the organizational culture, improve workplace innovation relations, and provide a better understanding of what is happening in the organization all of this lead to improve workplace innovation. Aim: This study aimed to assess relationship between Intelligent leadership, organizational culture and workplace innovation. Setting: The study was conducted at Tanta Fever Hospital. Design: A descriptive, correlational design was used in this study. Subject: A convenient sample of nursing personnel was included (N=160). Tools: Three tools were used for data collection as tool (I) consists of two parts (Part1): Socio-demographic characteristics, (Part2): intelligent leadership questionnaire. Tool (II) organizational culture questionnaire .Tool (III) work place innovation questionnaire of nursing personnel . Results: there was the majority of the studied nursing personnel had a high level of intelligent leadership while, the minority of them had a moderate and low level, four-fifths of the studied nursing personnel had a high level of organizational culture while the minority had a moderate level and four-fifths of the studied nursing personnel had a high level of workplace innovation while the minority had a moderate and low level. Conclusion: There was a positive correlation between intelligence leadership, organizational culture and workplace innovation among nursing personnel. Recommendation: At nursing personnel level: Encourage staff development programs to help nurses to share in making decision. At the educational level: Provide continuous perception about intelligent leadership and innovation throughout the curriculum includes specific applications. At the organizational level: Raise awareness of the nursing manager regarding importance of intelligent leadership to create better hospital out come. At the research level: can be conducted to identify the factors that enhance work place innovative.
