Abstract

It is known that leaders have an impact on employees' job satisfaction. In this regard, the aim of the research is to reveal the relationship between teachers' servant leadership perception and job satisfaction. Survey method was used in the research conducted on 351 teachers working in public and private educational institutions in Ağrı province.
