The relationship between the perception of justice in the organization and the intention to leave the organization: Meta-analysis

Abstract: The aim of this meta-analysis is to examine the connection between distributive and procedural justice and the intention to leave the organization by quantitative synthesis of available empirical papers that meet the defined criteria. 126 papers have been found through the search of the literature, out of which 58 studies met all the defined criteria.
