“…In this study, we showed that lnc-Lfar1 silencing alleviated liver injury-induced upregulation of LY6C, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, MCP-1, CCL5 and CXCL10 in vivo and in vitro, suggesting that lnc-Lfar1 knockdown might be beneficial for preventing liver fibrosis by targeting these chemokines.
