The Renaissance of Plant Mucilage in Health Promotion and Industrial Applications: A Review

Abstract: Plant mucilage is a renewable and cost-effective source of plant-based compounds that are biologically active, biodegradable, biocompatible, nontoxic, and environmentally friendly.
