In order to improve the collaborative visual monitoring effect of power dispatching data network, a state monitoring method of power dispatching data network based on GIS 3D visualization is proposed. Under the three-dimensional visualization of GIS, the security risk coefficient is calculated, the risk resilience value is set, and the state monitoring index of power dispatching data network is determined. The optimal complexity model of power dispatching data is constructed, and the characteristic components are calculated. On this basis, the state monitoring process of power dispatching data network is designed. The experimental results show that the method in this paper has high recall and precision, small mean square error and maximum error, and has high monitoring accuracy of power dispatching data network.
