The revised Atlanta criteria more accurately reflect severity of post‐ERCP pancreatitis compared to the consensus criteria

Abstract: Background and objective: Post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) pancreatitis (PEP) is the most prevalent complication after ERCP with an incidence of 3.5%.
