The Right to Judicial Protection and the Regime of Special Bank Accounts of Payment Agents and Suppliers

Abstract: The article discusses the relationship between the constitutional right to judicial protection, which includes such an element as the effective enforcement of a judicial decision, with the legal regime of special bank accounts of payment agents and suppliers.
