Abstract: Mediastinoscopy is the gold standard for diagnosis in the absence of parenchymal lesions in mediastinal tuberculosis lymphadenitis. During mediastinoscopy biopsy, tuberculous bacillus seeding into the mediastinum is a rare complication.
