The role of 99mTc dimercaptosuccinic acid scintigraphy in detection of vesicoureteral reflux in pediatrics with first episode of acute pyelonephritis

Abstract: Implication for health policy/practice/research/medical education:DMSA (99mTc dimercaptosuccinic acid) renal scintigraphy should be considered as a gold standard method for evaluating the pediatric urinary tract infection.
