The Role of a State Public Health Initiative in Shaping Provider Knowledge, Beliefs and Practices: A Mixed Methods Study of a Cytomegalovirus Prevention Program

Abstract: To my husband Andrew and son Max, thank you for all the support along the way and keeping me from giving up. It has been one of the hardest journeys of my life and you made many sacrifices to get me here. Thanks to my parents Kurt and Leigh Anne Diekroeger for always being my biggest cheerleaders and believing in me always. Most importantly, I want to thank my inspiration for all of this, my son, my hero, Jack Feistel. You changed my life forever and I miss you every day.
